Following a Bachelor of Arts with a major in psychology, Emily completed her Law degree and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. Emily was admitted to practice in August 2008 and is a member of the Law Society of South Australia.

Emily has experience in providing advice to a broad client base, ranging from individuals to large corporations and statutory bodies. She has represented clients in the Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts of South Australia and the Federal Court of Australia. Emily has also gained a solid comprehension of building and construction issues through her work as a contracts administrator and estimator for one of South Australia’s largest residential builders.

Emily assists by providing strategic advice to private and commercial clients and is focussed on identifying appropriate dispute resolution strategies which aim to achieve commercial results.
