G & WA Interim Go-Ahead for Rail Access to Port of Newcastle

On behalf of our client Genesee & Wyoming Australia Pty Ltd, Fenwick Elliott Grace recently made submissions to the ACCC in opposition to an application by Pacific National and Queensland Rail seeking to limit third party access to the Port of Newcastle. 

As a result of the ACCC's interim decision to refuse the application, G&WA's planned expansion into the Hunter Valley region of NSW will now proceed.  Tom Grace and Kerry Colmer drafted the submission for G&WA.
